Bizarre spontaneous reboots and virus error report

Every day, at random times, during random amounts of activity, my work PC spontaneously reboots. I've tested the memory and the hard drive, and the PSU is an OCZ GameXtream 700w. This is a C2D E6700 with 2gb of RAM and Windows XP SP2.

When then machine comes back up, I get a Windows alert, saying the computer needed to be restarted and then it allows me to send an error report, which I do. What's weird is the error I get when I click "send an error report".

[blockquote] Virus alert: Microsoft detected the WinAntiVirus, WinAntiSpyware, AVsystemcare, BestSeller, or similarly named virus on your computer[/blockquote]

It takes me to this Microsoft page, which lists a virus as the problem. I am running the latest NOD32 with the latest definitions, I run full scans every night and there are no virus problems that I can detect.

I really don't know what the problem is. Anybody seen this before? Google is no help whatsoever.
