need help - AMD Athlon 64 3200+

edited January 2008 in Hardware
i have this system:
450 Watts power supply
AMD Athlon 64 3200+ processor
Biostar TForce 550 (socket AM2) mainboard
ATI Radeon x600 PCI Express 256 MB 128 bit GPU
Visipro DDR II 512 MB PC 4200 (CPUZ says PC 4300 @ 251.3 MHz, shouldn't it be 266 MHz?)
All are with their default setting still. Using the BIOS V6 Auto overclock, it gained 2300 MHz of core speed, that was 10 x 230 MHz of the FSB. The CPU temp was about 55 degrees C. i wanted to overclock manually, but since this is my 1st AM2 board i'm not sure where to start from. would you guys help me out? how can i set my memory clock to 266 MHz, or higher perhaps? 266 of the FSB means 2660 MHz of core speed, right?
all helps will be appreciated
regards
here are the CPUZ's details:

55C's too high if you plan to overclock. Get it into the low 30's and then read the AMD overclocking thread.
