Adobe Acrobat 8 and Smitfraud C.generic

:confused: The last several times I have accessed my bank account, the Adobe Acrobat 8 installer opens and steals focus.
I ran Spybot and it found and removed Smitfraud C.generic.
My concern is; are Smitfraud and the Acrobat installer in some way related? Is that what Smitfraud does?
Do I need to check out my Adobe Reader for a renegade script? Thanks in advance.

    If it only happens on this one website, then that website likely contains some media which it needs to run Acrobat in order to display. If it's not updated when it opens in the background, then it will steal focus to ask.
