Help finding LED Temp display for SFF Case

I have a microATX case that has a front LED temp display which no longer works. I am trying to find this temp display to replace mine but am having no luck. My case is an Ultra Microfly but this case is also available (rebadged) from Apevia and JPAC. Here is a Youtube video review that shows the case up close:

I have contacted ULTRA to find out if I can buy just the LED Temp readout but cannot nor can or will they tell me who makes the readout so I can order it direct. In ULTRA's defense, they are willing to ship me a new case, if I prepay with a credit card, let me swap out my non-working display for the new case display and then ship the case back to them whereupon they will credit me providing the case is returned in re-sellable condition. I just don't want to do that realizing this is a VERY SOFT aluminum case and I don't want the liabilities of it being damaged in shipping to and from. I would rather buy the temp display with sensor wire and handle it that way. Does anyone know where I can buy this part direct? Long shot, I guess, but I thought I would try. THX.
