Norton still tells me it can find the "DOWNLOADER" virus.
And with my ZoneAlarm, each week it removes the same KaZaa virus, but i have never installed Kazaa before. do you know why I have those virus and why they are here everyweek?
Can you get a log from Norton, to show where it is finding this "Downloader" ?
What "KaZaa" entry is Zonealarm finding ? is it a file or registry entry ?

It's thee first time since long I can here my windows starting music, I really have no clue. And one problem still persists, it's when I first connect myself to the internet, it freezes the whole computer, I have to unplug manually the EThernet cable and wait until the computer is functional again to replug the cable, then it will be working. Is it also a virus issue?
I have no idea why your internet is crashing, let's see if it still occurs after you are all clean.

Sorry it took me time, my ISP was having troubles so I didn't get the internet. I have successfully uninstalled the ComboFix, everything seems fine, but still sometimes, my computer freezes after I'm connected to the internet and when I unplug the EThernet cable,everything comes back gradually.
It could be because you have so many things on auto start that connect to the internet, as soon as they find a connection they will all clamour to get online.
Download Winpatrol It is an excellent startup manager and then some !!
Install Winpatrol, and when running click on the Startup Programs tab
The following items can safely be disabled.
Now the computer is running quite good thanks to you!

Thank you:D
Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
- Restart your computer
- After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
- Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu with options should appear;
- Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press "Enter".
- Choose your usual account.
Once in Safe Mode, double-click on SmitfraudFix.exeSelect option #2 - Clean by typing 2 and press "Enter" to delete infected files.
You will be prompted : "Registry cleaning - Do you want to clean the registry ?"; answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter" in order to remove the Desktop background and clean registry keys associated with the infection.
The tool will now check if wininet.dll is infected. You may be prompted to replace the infected file (if found); answer "Yes" by typing Y and press "Enter".
The tool may need to restart your computer to finish the cleaning process; if it doesn't, please restart it into Normal Windows.
A text file will appear onscreen, with results from the cleaning process; please copy/paste the content of that report into your next reply.
The report can also be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Warning : running option #2 on a non infected computer will remove your Desktop background.
Please try to run the MalwareBytes tool again

Norton still tells me it can find the "DOWNLOADER" virus.
And with my ZoneAlarm, each week it removes the same KaZaa virus, but i have never installed Kazaa before. do you know why I have those virus and why they are here everyweek?
What "KaZaa" entry is Zonealarm finding ? is it a file or registry entry ?

but if you want I could post it too
If you could post this as well, I need to know why Kazaa is showing in those keys
"Current"=hex(2):54,00,51,00,42,00,4a,00,41,00,45,00,4d,00,41,00,55,00,67,00,\
This is only the first line, the rest is pretty long, it wouldn't fit in one post, do you want it also?

It's thee first time since long I can here my windows starting music, I really have no clue. And one problem still persists, it's when I first connect myself to the internet, it freezes the whole computer, I have to unplug manually the EThernet cable and wait until the computer is functional again to replug the cable, then it will be working. Is it also a virus issue?
Thanks!!

Thanks
Let's see if I can help you keep it that way
First lets tidy up
You can also delete any logs we have produced, and empty your Recycle bin.
Reboot
How is your internet connection now ?
Sorry it took me time, my ISP was having troubles so I didn't get the internet. I have successfully uninstalled the ComboFix, everything seems fine, but still sometimes, my computer freezes after I'm connected to the internet and when I unplug the EThernet cable,everything comes back gradually.
