I did a complete install on my pc but when ever I try to install a program it tell me it can do it because the .NET is missing. what do I do? please help.

Download .NET v1, 2 and 3 from Microsoft.

is this the one (Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 Redistributable Package) I should download after the 2.0 finishes?

stupid question but what does Redistributable mean?

It just means that it's the full package, and can be bundled into windows discs or sent along a network by an administrator.

You can hit microsoftupdate and it will take care of all of that.
