itunes cant find burner.

Hi I'm having some problems burning a cd with itunes. I havent tried to burn a cd on any other program yet but when I do go to burn a cd with itunes i click on burn and it just says burner software not found or something.

I've checked to see if the cdrw drive was installed and it was and it said it was working properly in device manager.

    Try other burning software first.

    it burns on other programs but not itunes. I've tried reinstalling it too
