Outlook Express

I need help, I keep getting this error when logging into my email, (Message number 4 could not be retrieved. Account: 'Desooper', Server: 'pop-server', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: '.', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800420CD) and this one (The server responded with an error. Account: 'Desooper', Server: 'pop-server', Protocol: POP3, Server Response: 'Return-Path: <Trenton@sourceresorts.com>', Port: 110, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 0x800CCC90, Error Number: 0x800CCC90) can anyone please help me, running xp pro

    sounds like message number 4 got corrupted and is causing the issue. You'll have to contact your ISP and they'll have to purge it.

    If your e-mail provider has a webmail interface you can purge it yourself from there.

    Thank you for getting back to me, but check this out, this is what I found, I am running CA Internet Security and I found if I turn my firewall off, then run a send and receive on my outlook, then turn my firewall back on it works fine, and I just got another error this morning and I did just that and it worked fine, so it is a communication problem with my firewall, so now I am going to remove my CA and rerun it and see what happens. Thank you for all your help.
