You never completed the repair request you started here. This system is showing infection as well, but does not appear to be the same one. So before we might start repairs here will you be staying the course on this, and completing them this time? And what happened to the other system?

Let's take a different look at what is loading there first. Go Here and download Silent Runners to your desktop. Run it, and post back here the log it creates. If your protective software queries the script, allow it to run. It's not malicious. It will create a file named Startup Programs, and will notify when the scan is complete. Copy the log from the Startup Programs file back here. Here are guidelines for using Silent Runners if needed. Post that along with a new HijackThis log please.
Also Please download to your desktop and run MGADiag.exe. When the scan has completed, just click the "Copy" button, and post the text results back here please. Please use the "Code" function (#) when posting this particular log please.
If it has been 7 days or more since your last post, and the helper assisting you posted a response to that post to which you did not reply, this topic will not be reopened. If you still require help, please start a new topic and include a fresh HijackThis log and a link to this thread in your new topic.
