I've fielded a lot of complaints that the IC gaming forum has been taken over with messages that are not relevant to anything other than a small group of players.

Those threads are historically irrelevant anyways. Nobody cares what resources someone asked for two days ago. Threads are a bad model for "request" threads - those are more "instant comm" kinda things.

I actually can't believe Brian thought this would be viewed with a sense of humor, nor that he could actually be this much of a jerk to us. Fortunately, Keebler's vBulletin skills are far stronger than Prime's. Threads are restored. Only took an hour and a half of bull**** clicking instead of playing TF2 with everyone. I'm delighted.
And guess what? It would take me about 30 seconds to remove Travian threads from New Posts. Guess who isn't going to be doing that tonight?

It is disheartening to me that you don't like trivian, but, just the same, go phuck your self.
Everybody's WAY too up about this on both sides. It's just a game. There's no reason to hate it this much, and there's no reason to get so blitzed mad about some threads that were moved/merged/screwed with.

I'm not mad, and I honestly could've started over with the threads. I am, however, pretty insulted. I've taken the anti-Travian nonsense in a good natured way, especially here at ICHQ in person. I just don't see how to take this as anything less than an insult.
