suspected spyware

Hi guys, i really need some help. Yesterday my brother was using my laptop, someone sent him a link via msn he clicked on it, and now it appears i have some sort of worm on my computer. I ran msncleaner and appear to have stopped the worm however there now appears to be some spyware present. I have used AVG anti spyware, spybot search and destroy and a couple of other programmes, however it still appears to be there. I then used hijackthis but being new to the programme wasnt sure which to delete and which to leave, below is a log of the hijackthis report. any help would be very much appreciated.

    Hello arcticbadger,

    It seems you have the Vundo infection. Let's start with MBAM.

    Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your Desktop.

    Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.
    • Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
    • If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
    • Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
    • The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
    • When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
    • Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
    • When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Extra Note)
    • The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
    • Copy & Paste the entire report in your next reply.
    Extra Note:

    If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts,click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process, if asked to restart the computer, please do so immediatly.

    Hi slaminbones,

    Please start your own thread, and post a fresh HijackThis log there. Wait for further instructions. Someone will help you.

    Warning: You should not use Combofix unless you have been instructed to do so by a Malware Removal Expert. It is intended by its creator to be used under the guidance and supervision of an expert, not for private use. Using this tool incorrectly could render your system/pc inoperable.

    @ arcticbadger,

    Step 1:

    ComboFix found files that MBAM didn't. I ask you to submit these files to Malwarebytes.

    http://uploads.malwarebytes.org

    Files to submit (use copy & paste). You can submit 4 files at a time.
    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\BM336ef308.xml

    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\bnffbpcb.dll
    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\cdeeg.ini
    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\evcdtghy.dll
    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\geedc.dll
    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\jkkhedc.dll
    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\ybgtlkic.dll
    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\yyadd.ini
    C:\Qoobox\Quarantine\C\WINDOWS\system32\yyadd.ini2
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\gfhlilrh.ini
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\vhopgumv.ini
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\jtbsdcti.dll

    Thank you!

    Step 2:

    I see you are using LimeWire and uTorrent. I don't pass judgment on file-sharing as a concept. However, I will warn you that engaging in this activity and having this kind of software installed on your machine will always make you more susceptible to re-infections. It may be contributing to your current situation.

    Even the safest P2P file sharing programs that do not contain bundled spyware, still expose you to risks because of the very nature of the P2P file sharing process. By default, most P2P file sharing programs are configured to automatically launch at startup. They are also configured to allow other P2P users on the same network open access to a shared directory on your computer. The reason for this is simple, file sharing relies on its members giving and gaining unfettered access to computers across the P2P network. However, this practice can make you vulnerable to data and identity theft. Even if you change those risky default settings to a safer configuration, the act of downloading files from an anonymous source greatly increases your exposure to infection. That is because the files you are downloading may actually contain a disguised threat. Many very malicious worms and trojans, such as the Storm Worm, target and spread across P2P files sharing networks because of their known vulnerabilities.

    Here are some links for you to take a look at to see some of the ramifications of P2P's:

    http://www.pcworld.com/article/id,126230-page,1/article.html?RSS=RSS
    http://www.eweek.com/article2/0,1895,1980963,00.asp
    http://www.techpowerup.com/index.php?41354

    Step 3:

    1. Please open Notepad
    • Click Start , then Run
    • Type notepad.exe in the Run Box.
    2. Now copy/paste the entire content of the codebox below into the Notepad window:
    File::
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\gfhlilrh.ini
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\vhopgumv.ini
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\jtbsdcti.dll

    Registry::
    [-HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\~\Browser Helper Objects\{93f1781d-9a4b-4f58-9598-e374fd8d6628}]
    [-HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\CLSID\{93f1781d-9a4b-4f58-9598-e374fd8d6628}]
    [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run]
    "305dc094"=-

    DirLook::
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\305dd21a

    3. Save the above as CFScript.txt

    4. Then drag the CFScript.txt into ComboFix.exe as depicted in the animation below. This will start ComboFix again.

    CFScript.gif

    5. After reboot, (in case it asks to reboot), please post the following reports/logs into your next reply:
    • Combofix.txt
    • A new HijackThis log.
