WiFi home networking using Vista - advice needed.

I've had my wifi router up and running for a few weeks now and can happily surf the www from anywhere in the house on any PC. This is great, but I can't seem to be able to work out how to share my files from PC to PC. I am using Vista for all but one which has XP installed. Does anyone have any advice or know any links that might help?
I have had all the PC's sharing in the past when I had them connected via ethernet cables, but can't seem to get it happening with wireless. It seems that I can either set up an adhoc network for PC to PC but that doesn't allow me to surf the net, or I can just have internet access

Do you have file sharing enabled and have you setup shared folders? Can you ping the other machines etc.... could be as simple as that you have the windows firewalls running on the various machines which will block most things.
Have worked it out. The PC that I recently set up with Vista had the same PC name. So I have changed the PC names and network ID's and set up the network from scratch and it is all up and running now.
Weird thing that I noticed when I set up the network from scratch, my laptop wasn't being allowed to access my PC due to a permissions issue. However, my PC accessed the laptop no problem. Once I had accessed from the PC to the Laptop, the Laptop was allowed to access PC....
Nevermind, all good now. Cheers.....
