Forge alliance?

Pots and I have been getting along really well with some neighbors at Pots1. Namely, Mayor Quimby and Nomadic, in which Potsy has PA's with. They aren't heavy hitters are anything but strategically, I think it's a good idea as they are concentrated in the lower part of the NW. When it comes down to it, we're not really strong down there.

I've come to you, and Mayor Quimby has gone to his people to propose an alliance. E.T.A is a wing of the Elite alliance but unfortunately, Elite is based in the NE.

Yay or nay?

    i'd say it looks fine.
    we need a little more on the whole alliance diplomacy front, but no alliances with anything above and too close to rank 200

    Looks fine... They are moving up the ranks. I say we should align with them. The way I look at it, if they are able to grab a big alliance on their side, we have yet another in route to add them to our coalition.
