Something running that I don't understand.

I have been having problems with a slow pc, I'm gradually sorting it out but I have downloaded Security Task Manager and it is showing something that I don't understand and can't find any information on, can anyone here help please as I don't know whether to leave it or get rid of it. It is DitExp.exe C\Windows\DitExp.exe It's a program and its title/description is ICSI Hook Explorer.

    Its a USB flash card reader. Did you install some software with a Digital camera or something?

    Ah, thank you. We bought the pc second hand so it might have been something installed before we got it, we were told the pc had been wiped but I don't know if anything was left behind. We have installed software for a webcam (which is no longer in use) and mobile phones it could be one of them :-)
