Unsure on best tactic...

This guy reacted rather unpleasantly to me raiding him for hero exp, and insulted me by hitting me while my troops were out overnight...
It's just spite destruction really, don't need any help
So what I want to know is what would be the best choice for catapult targets?
I've already destroyed his warehouse, but since it takes an hour for my stupid catas to get there, I have to hit him as tactically as possible.
So where should I go from there?
Also, I have a level 20 rally point so they hit twice in one go

    How close are his other villages?
    If they're far away and he won't have time to re-inforce, I'd take out his barracks and stable so he can't train anything willing to put up a fight.
    Also, I'd take out his marketplace so he can't get rid of resources. Then, pick apart his village by attacking his city wall, hit resource fields, and anything else you like :) I don't think you can target crannies, but if you select random target then I think crannies can be hit (at least, that's what I read somewhere).

    I've never raided anyone like that though (don't have catas). I've only raided 4 people (or thereabouts) anyway, so I'm not big on raids.

    He has one village, no wall (anymore), main building took a hit yesterday so slower build times for him.
    I guess I COULD hit the barracks, but I want some hero exp :)
    He's non-alliance, so he's all alone in this.
    I'm big on raids, when you consider how much you actually get from raiding the high number of nearby inactives.
