Start Menu Bar Toolbar Option disfunctions.

When You right click one blank part of the start menu bar, a list should appear right? then at the top are TOOLBARS. there should be some add ons like search bars of encarta and nero or the minimize extra of media player 11 listed on the Toolbars pane>> But mines only the options "Desktop" & "Quick Launch" could be added or changed. i dont know how to find the other opts like the one im expecting, the Media Player 11 minimize option. i would be waiting a reply! Thanks!
