He has a pretty good defensive force but his wall is lvl'd low and that makes him vulnerable. I will have to build more offense before taking him out though because I've primarily have been focusing on defence with several thousand Praetorians while keeping a 700 raiding force of Imperatoris at TF1.

When is the last time he raided you?
