Is there a good chart that compares performance of different speeds of DDR2?

I'm trying to figure out if it's worth it to me to buy pc8000 over pc6400 with an E8400 wolfdale. I've never really seen any ram speed performance comparisons for DDR2. Does anyone know of any?

    I did a couple during my most recent review. I believe the CPU was at stock frequency (2.4GHz Q6600) for these tests. These are memory specific synthetic benchmarks, keep in mind. Those gains do not always translate at the same scale to other real-world applications (especially on Intel platforms). AMD systems see more gain from lower latency/higher bandwidth memory.
