Both my CD Drives borked.

I tried reinstalling drivers, but the drives don't show up on my computer even though they show up on the device manager. Device manager says the drivers cant be loaded because they are missing or corrupt (Error 39). I don't want to go through Dell Tech support if at all possible .. any thoughts?

Download and run the guided help in the green box on this page. Reboot. Problem solved.
