NEW THREADS!

Please... as a request from me and all the others who like to reply on notifications by email.. stop with the new threads! Use the olds ones.. it makes it really hard to know when someone replies to you. This may be a little exaggerated but let me assure you.. it's starting to get annoying.

Remember: We have troop threads, resource threads, diplomacy threads, and most of everything else. Use those!!!!!

:headbanger:

P.S. I am not a hypocrite, this is the only way this will come to attention.

Different threads for different things, buddy.

Besides, just do like I do, keep a tab open to "Icrontic Forums > Gaming > Gaming > Travian" and then just reload it when you want to see if there are new posts. I hate email notifications.

But the old ones cover almost everything that is being created...
Plus, im usually on a PC doing other games and whatnot or im browsing the web, so my mail sounds tell me when to divert my attention.

Telling TBonZ, Q, me, etc. when it is and isn't appropriate to make new threads is the equivalent of walking into a grocery store and telling the manager how to arrange the shelves.

Micky, im just talking about going back to how it used to be. We had about 6 threads and ONLY used them. I liked that because i didnt have to subscribe to every single new thread. I LIKE the mail notifications. Thats why.

we're bigger now, so we need more than 6 threads.
in a forum, you have to get used to serveral thousand potentially useless threads popping up.
    like this one.
it's the kind of thing that mods sometimes delete on sight.

Can't you subscript the the sub-forum and be alerted when any new posts are made? If not, then that's a possible feature addition.

expressing opinion that people disagree with is generally attacked in most societies.
unless the person expressing their opinion has guns, an army and a few well trained bodyguards...

    Go to
    http://icrontic.com/forum/forumdisplay.php?f=117

Then, at the top of the table, the blue row on the right-hand side, look for "Forum Tools" and choose Subscribe.

I don't know if it will work the way you'd like, but it's worth a shot.

I'd normally agree to NOT just make new threads willy nilly if they were exactly like another thread. Like, "I REALLY Need Resources" instead of the "I Need Resources" thread that is already there.

The Zero thread is more about zero and doesn't fit into a troops, resources, or diplomacy.

I unsubscribed from all Travian threads.
50+ emails a day is too much.
If you need me or my help, message me in game.

Any of the Icrontic Admins, and super moderators can do it, an I can do it but we almost never delete threads... It doesn't harm anything to have it there.
