    Hi, please do the following...

Download LSP-Fix from the following link and save it to a location you can find later if necessary:

    LSP-Fix Download Link

Follow these steps to remove Webhancer:
    1. Click on start, settings, control panel.
    2. Double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.
    3. Uninstall Webhancer from the listing of programs
    4. Delete the following files and directories (if present):

      c:\program files\webhancer
      c:\windows\webhdll.dll
      c:\windows\whagent.inf
      c:\windows\whInstaller.exe
      c:\windows\whInstaller.ini
If you can not connect to the Internet after removing Webhancer, please run the LSP-Fix program I had you download earlier, and click on the finish button. Reboot and you should be able to get back on.

    ============================================

Do a system scan with HijackThis and check the boxes next to all the entries listed below:

    O2 - BHO: BatBHO - {63F7460B-C831-4142-A4AA-5EC303EC4343} - C:\Program Files\Bat\Bat.dll (file missing)
    O4 - Startup: Bat - Auto Update.lnk = C:\Program Files\Bat\Bat.exe

After that, close all open windows/programs, and click Fix Checked.

    Please remove this folder:

    C:\Program Files\Bat

    And empty your Recycle Bin.

Please post a fresh HijackThis log.
