it's pretty easy, as long as the slowest troops in the raiding party are the same speed.
it's easiest to use several tabs, from Internet explorer 7 or firefox, with a middle mouse button, since a middle click opens a new tab.
you then have say 4 tabs for attacking the one person, and enter the appropriate number of troops in each tab and press ok ONCE, so that they're all in the confirm attack screen, and just use the ctrl + tab buttons to switch between internet tabs quickly, clicking all the OK buttons as fast as possible.

if the slowest troop is different, you have to send the slowest waves first and wait a while to send the faster groups.

Muffin is right on. I used catas in every wave since that is the slowest unit and hence made them all the same speed. Sidekicksol's interpretation is actually precisely wrong
