[M] alliances

ok, this time it isn't FEAR, it's [M] trying to take me (and possibly others)

from dacier:
hey im the recruiter for [M] jus wondering if you would like to join let me no

simple...

i really don't know what to say, this wing is 31st and their top wing is 4th, so a no may be offensive to them...
and it's a possible ticket into the endgame

the irony is, i asked one of their wings to become a member to one of their training wings earlier in this server, and they attacked me to deletion.

just letting you guys know before i leave, and before AlphaTrinity reads my mail and tells you anyway :)

    If you're defecting, I recommend against taking the 9-cropper I cleared for you. I don't want any [M] alliances up in our business with croppers.

    Shoot Keebler..why couldn't you have said that 15 minutes ago? I just sent his settlers to the spot.

    And here's a question..why were people mad at Crackers for leaving..but when Muffin (who is much larger and thus more important for the alliance) even hints at the idea, everyone is like "YAY Go for it!!"?

    What spot did you send them too and how long will it take to get there ?
    I have 3x settlers at the outpost and resdy to go if needs be

    If I can get in 1st his will have to return home I take it ????

    If you read a little closer, Keebler and myself are being sarcastic.

    To elaborate; Muffin originally asked to join their alliance and they responded by attacking to get him delete. Now he's going to join them. Definitely no support from me.

    I really didn't think our comment could be read seriously ;) Joining an alliance that caused you to delete an account is unbelievable to me.

    I'm not mad at Crackers, I'm merely irritated. Travians are not quite so srs biz enough for anger and every kid grows up. ;)

    Also... as for Muffin verses Crackers. Crackers is jumping to an alliance just a small jump without the great community. Muffin is leaving to go to a very strong alliance. Remember, any alliance with the [M] in front of it won the last server. They have a GREAT chance to be a major player in the end game.

    Final note... neither crackers or muffin are true Icronians "Livin the Icrontic Life". Bro's before Ho's...

    I'm a bit torn on this point.

    If we assume his defection will have no positive effect on our relationship with [M] (and I have no reason to think it would, unfortunately), then we are ironically compelled by his post to ensure he does not have a cropper in our area BEFORE he can finish joining. :-/

    Correct... It was almost assumed but he has NOT left yet. I sent him a message asking to consider the bigger picture. Livin the Icrontic Life is what we offer. Many of us were friends before the game and we'll be friends after the game. While Muffin may get further along within the endgame by leaving, he will not find the friendship with [M] as he has here.

    where did people begin to assume i'd automatically left...?

    i never said i had an intention of leaving!

    i like this alliance, and other than that i knew tactically that i couldn't switch once i entered this, due to the forum, and that i definately couldn't switch once i joined the outpost!

    but it's not cold hearted tactics that i based my decision on, there are nice people in this alliance and the support that's been available to all players is unlike any alliance i have seen, and i know this type of friendly alliance isn't going to be found again.
    there's not that much luck in the world.

    and the fact that i was forced to delete by this very same alliance means i want to wipe the ones responsible off the map, not join forces with them!


    and my wording:

    was because i was about to leave my house, NOT the alliance.


    also, two members of this alliance are friends of mine (one a travian friend/neighbour, the other an ACTUAL friend - not gonna leave them!)
    side note: sorry that neither of them post in the forum, one is italian and has signed up, but possibly not to the subgroup, the actual friend says he joined the subgroup, he just cant be bothered using the forum...

    I'd admit that I took it a bit far. We had tirlimirli and crackers leave not to mention 1/2 of our alliance emailed to join other alliances, Keebler gets asked to join Zero, and then Muffin posts about [M]... I was seeing the beginning of a mass exodus from the alliance. Really, I apologize for that... no excuses.

    I think this is just showing how quickly we're rising in this game. We're wanted men (and women :rolleyes:)!!
