eventType bcm error
anyone seen this one? and if so how big and what kind of hammer is needed.
Error is: EventType bcm, P1 mapi, P2 typeinitializationexception, P2 1.0.2002.1, Pr 11.0.8206, P5 nativemsproviderinit, P6 msproviderinit, P7 d40099fb, P8 NIL, P9 NIL, P10 NIL
User ran magic jelly bean key finder to get MS keys didn't work and AVG caught a virus.
then she ran winkeyfinder & that worked
that generated the wonderfull error message above.
so far the MS support site has responded with a resounding "DUH".
or I'm not searching correctly.
any suggestions would be appreciated,, system is not down, just "performance challenged"
