RIAA sues 41 more over music downloads

edited December 2003 in Science & Tech
It has been reported that the RIAA has filed 41 more lawsuits against computer users in at least 11 U.S states. The total number of lawsuits filed now rises to a massive 382 and according to a spokesmen for the association, they have no plans to cut back.

[blockquote]"People who engage in illegal file-sharing should be aware, whether or not they hear about it this month, that doesn't mean the enforcement program has been reduced in any way," Sherman said. "If anything it will be increased." [/blockquote]

And so it came to pass, the RIAA spearheaded the rush to poke a six-foot hole in 12 foot titanium with a three inch needle.

Nonetheless, it won't be so funny if someone knocks on your door with a subpoena.

I just wish one of these people had the cash and the cahones to take the Evil Empire on. Preferably a rich 12-yr old.
