    Yep... we keep ourselves out of a all out war with any big alliances (Zero, Myth...) and we might just see the end game.

    Another question sorry, but though I'd post here as it's not quite covered by Muffin's remit!

    So we're now 99th on the Alliance Table, with 61345 points.

    But what are points and how do we earn them?! Anyone know?

    it's the average population of the alliance multiplied by the number of members.

    basically the total population of all members.

    I thought it was based on our offensive point total.

    i'm not entirely sure, it may be some combination of pop/off/def...

    i'll look into it some more.

    It's population! I checked the maths, (then I doubted myself, deleted the post and checked again!)

    Guess we might end up dropping a place or two with people rebuilding armies, not building.

    So how do Offensive/Defensive Points get calculated? I'm high on Offense, Low on Defense, but then there's plenty of players bigger than me with 0 defense points! Have they never been attacked?

    It should be combined, otherwise it's pretty stupid imo.

    you get one offense point from killing one enemy unit when attacking their village, one unit is the consumption of wheat that troop has, cavalry can count for 2-4 kills

    and each defensive points is attained from killing one unit of attacking troops, so you need to actually be under attack to gain defensive points.

    Look at my defensive point total and rank. Ranked 813 with 18560 points. My offense... Ranked 2526th with 4823 points.

    Guess you know what I do the most of... ;D

    defense: ranked 11582 with 81 points. the shame... :(


    offense: ranked 2385 with 5538 points. less shame :)

    My offense is higher than my defense, which is opposite of what I expected. I am not an offensive player, especially compared to you guys. I see the attack logs for the alliance.

    Offense: 567 pts; Rank: 5470
    Defense: 1331 pts; Rank: 5504

    Offensive: 1273 points; rank 4247
    Defensive: 572 points; rank 7309

    Guess I've been lucky on the defense- you don't get points for running away at every attack :D !

    That's what happens when people get booted or leave. Unfortunately their points go too.

    Are you sure? I thought it only counted for the points they scored while in the alliance.

    No... we've gone up to 100. We WERE at 97 for a minute. We kicked some players and we lost a few villages. But I've invited 2 players that could move us back up the chain.
