rhino: remeber that awesome atto you posted at the ferret house you got with the 5312 compaq at work?

I just bought one for my dual xeon pci-x box... $235 with 128mb cache.

    nope trying to make sure I get all thge critical stuff backed up. I was booting and running off the raid-0 ona 4 channel 1600 and I am going to switch to IDE as the boot drive so I can twiddle with the raid adapter. I only had like 260gb in taht scsi array to figure out how to backup and the one thing I've learned over the years with criticak data is.... back it up twice to differant disks or computers just in case...

    I am starting to really get into pci-x though..... the controller is 64bit/133mhz and the cpu is much faster then the ones on the LSI's it appears so it should be interesting to say the least.
