Loyalty not lowered

Why is the loyalty of the village not being lowered?

First wave:
I wiped out all troops.

Second wave:
I destroyed the Residence.

Third wave:
I sent it as a regular attack so the Senator should be doing his job.

Yami I *is* the Capital, but I thought that did not matter on speed servers.

What's the deal? Are capitals immune on speed servers? I am positive I've read on here that the capitals are not immune on speed servers.

    Yes they are immune, even on speed...

    someone else said the same, somewhere on here, but they were later corrected (I think)

    You can basically destroy a village by leveling everything but you can never conquer a capital.

    there's been a lot of confusion.

    YOU CAN NEVER EVER EVER EVER TAKE A CAPITAL

    but you can destroy it

    What happens when you destroy it? Can you then occupy that space by sending settlers?

    yes, if they have more than 1 village, then if you lower the capital to 0 pop, then it will disappear off the map and it is a free slot.

    if its their only village, it stays there at 0 pop, until they delete their account.

    if it has 0 pop can they still try to rebuild it?

    i'm not sure, its never happened to me.
    but if you have just one 0 pop village, its best to delete because even if you CAN rebuild, there's someone nearby who really doesn't like you.

    Haha very true. And restarting with a new account would be faster anyway at that point because at least you start with a tiny bit of cash.

    Not to mention a main building... I never knew rebuilding just 3 buildings could be such a chore. It takes hours just to rebuild a main building. Trying to build anything else without one is just stupid.
