Watercooling: Worth it in an mATX case?

I'm building a semi-high end gaming rig in an mATX case (Antec micro fly) and was wondering if the stock 80mm and 120mm fans would be sufficient to cool an 8800 (or higher) and a tri/quad core processor.

If not, then what watercooling system would you recommend for an mATX case with those parts installed?

Thanks!

I don't think you should have any problems with the box as is. Granted you may get better temps if you do go to water cooling, I don't see it as a need. Dependin on how the fan guards are designed ont he case, you may be able to cut them out and replace with a wire fan guard to help quiet it down a bit and increase airflow, same with switching to some more effective fans. The antec fans are decent, but you could look at some of the scythe ones for a better air flow to noise ratio.
