Lambo vs Flame (Myth | L)

Is coming..... I think!

One wave incoming from his 1100 pop 15c at 02:00:27 pm UK time (1hr 45mins) and he just tried to Scout me from a Village in my 7x7.I'm going to dodge the first wave on the assumption it's a clearing/cata wave.

I'll set up the residence to complete after first wave.... Wall is Lvl 15 and Granary capacity is 64k. any suggestions?

    well, you have the right idea of dodging the wave, spend everything and keep all troops out for when he hits, returning just in time.
    want some praetorians?

    Turn's out he was just the clearing wave.... the real attacker is my next door neighbour (who I stole the Village from :) ) !

    Should be all under-control in 10mins....

    They all came from the my capital. Was anticipating waves from the Myth guy's local village, so slightly over killed it!

    On the lucky side... if the clearing wave had come from somewhere more local it'd have all been over in 1hr 15mins and I wouldn't have had time to send Leg and Praet... so there's definitely something to be said for Defensive cavalry, oh and not pissing off your next door neighbour!

    .... no defensive troops..... catapults and Rams..... methinks he may try again! Unfortunately he's got some mercenary defenders in there so taking out the palace isn't an option anymore and I'm guessing they're from Flames of Myth so attacking the source is out! In practice, the whole thing could happen with less than 3hours warning.... so I either don't sleep till Server end or lose it..... unless you guys have a solution?

    Edit: Oh, and the clearing wave from Flames will probably look a bit like the last one:

    3k in spear isn't TOOOO bad. Probably elite but they are not that great against foot soldiers a 35.
