Customizing right click in Vista

I posted a thread the other day and I thank those that helped me...
But... I didn't make myself perfectly clear.
In all the old windows OSes I could add things to the menu that pops up when you right click on a file. For Example changing the edit program while leaving the open program default. Or adding a second edit program - "Edit with Photoshop" I would go to Tools-Folder Options-File Types-Scroll to desired Extension-Double Click-Advanced.
I can't find anything like that in the "File Associations" page in Vista. I could always Shift+Right click and use Open With, but I liked it the other way.
