TechCrunch claims they have confirmed that ArsTechnica, a popular technology site, has been acquired by Condé Nast publishers, whom also owns Wired and Reddit. The rumored price is "somewhere in the $25 million range."
ArsTechnica is younger than Icrontic at only 8 years old. It was started by Jon Stokes and Ken Fisher, two partners from different states who grew their little site (which used to be smaller than our little site!) into a monster.
Icrontic would like to extend congratulations to the staff of Ars on what is sure to be a lucrative acquisition!
