Partitioning Vista Ultimate 146GB Drive

I'm trying to shrink my 146GB Drive on my laptop so i can have a separate partition for my WEB STUFF (WAMPSERVER AND WEBDEV STUFF)

the problem is, at disk management i can only partition 2GB of this 146GB (55GB Free Space)

is there a way of getting more space? Vista Ultimate is limiting my shrink to 2GB only

Partition Magic, Acronis Partition Expert, Paragon Partition Manager, etc...

well i'm not really keen on trying out other tools as i've used shrink on my other laptop (HP) and it does the Job fine...

i'm more interested in finding out whats holding it back from shrinking my HDD

You might have data in the area you're trying to modify. Defrag or delete some stuff.
