Weird virus or spyware has infected pc

My pc has become infected with some weird virus or spyware and im not sure what it is. Issues that are visible are down by the clock is has "currenttime": VIRUS ALERT! and whenever i open IE it will pop open another browser window deafulting to some adult oriented site.I have gone through all the steps in the sticky post above and runn all the scans and it still is happenening. I have attached the neccessary log files, Thanks for any help you can give!

    This thread can be deleted, we determined that we were just going to reformat the pc since there was going to be no data loss.
