Los Putos and Kendris

Is anyone a sitter or a personal friend of either of them?

They're both yellow dots, and being raided mercilessly... would be good to get into their accounts and sort them out a bit!

EDIT: Los Putos has left the Alliance(or was he kicked?)! Just leaves Kendris?

    Los Putos was kicked.

    I have already offered to sit for him, but he never gave an answer or set me as a sitter.

    I have also offered the same to kendris, to the same end.

    More than once each have they been advised to cranny up to their ears, and have not listened, raids on them are PERFECT (giving the carrying limit of the troops)

    Neither signed up to the forum, even with personal requests.



    Similarly, Xenora constantly ignores MM's & IGM's (doesn't read them) and hasn't signed up to the forum upon many a request.

    I concur. Now more then ever with going wing with ARRSE, we need to pick it up and these people unfortunately are and will be dead weight for us.

    Absolutely! Can't save them all!

    Kendris did reply to an IGM from me once... but I've sent many! Dot's now green, so still semi-active, I'll send another! (EDIT- or you can boot :) , I've enought to fill my days :D)

    Xenora isn't really on my radar.... he/she has been hit, but not TOO badly... but if they don't even open IGM's I'd be in favour of a boot!

    If he/she/they aren't opening IGMs and haven't signed up on the forums, then aren't they the only ones who haven't been supporting the expansion of the whole alliance? Isn't this a requirement?

    I agree - the daily call on resources is a bit of a drain but is definitely worth it (I benefited from it yesterday) If people aren't bothering to answer IGM's then they can't be contributing to the Alliance properly. They are getting the benefit of being in a strong and active alliance but not pulling their weight.

    Sorry - but we should seriously consider getting rid.

    Actually Kendris was sending resources for settlers. I looked back and saw that he sent some to me. I feel kind of bad.

    Maybe we should ask him why he's falling behind...working with no trav access, internet probs..etc If he has a valid excuse then invite him back on board and place him on a kind of probation. Just a thought.

    Haru says Kendris has some net problems IRL that are preventing him from being active. He tried to IM Kendris, but was met with some hostility and told to shove off. Kendris blocked Haru from IM.

    Since Kendris has been helpful, I think a golden handshake is in order. A little something to send him on his way, and then we cut ties since Kendris has been unwilling to take a sitter and be communicative. Just my thoughts.

    For those that are having real trouble, we can give them a few breaks as long as they help us help them. If internet is spotty, make one of us a sitter. After a while we have to cut ties with members WAY below the average. Right now, {IC}'s average population is over 300. Kendris is at 111 and Los is at 132.

    I agree we need to help them as much as we can but maybe not as a {IC} member. I'd recommend that all bounced members start an alliance and we can confed with them... kind of like a training wing. NOT {IC}.

    Los Putos' problem is that the internet at his house is not working atm. He can only play Travian while he is at work. I was his sitter for the longest, but I just didnt have the time to manage two accounts :-(
