toshiba satellite white screen

A friend of mine has a toshiba satellite. there is only a bright white screen. however if I use my crt its fine.

    Most likely the screen needs to be replaced or the connection may have simply worked loose. Try disassembly and check connection. If that fails, it needs a new screen. :(

    Ya just cleaned the connectors on the LCD inverter and the main connector. Works good. :D
