Folding Question`

I have a laptop that cannot seem to start another work unit. I keep getting a core download error, and can't seem to fix it. I've tried deleting folding and reinstalling, both versions. Both cannot seem to get started.

The text-only console brings an error for core 82. It just keeps trying and failing to extract the core.

Any thoughts?
