Hi. Apparently my friend has a virus or something and it is preventing her from accessing the internet, so she asked that I post this on a virus forum hoping for help. I'm a complete newbie with viruses, as I rarely get them, so I myself, don't know what to do =/

It has something to do with the file rundll32.exe.

She also sent me a hijackthis log file, but I see that there is a rule preventing the posting of a hijackthis log. xD

    Hello, and welcome to Icrontic Forums. :)

    Why would there be a rule against the posting of a HijackThis log, this forum is in fact made for this!

    However, if your friend can follow all the steps listed here before posting the requested logs:
