MTP driver

Hi i recently installed windows media player 11 and now evrytime i plug in my mp3 player it says mtp device found and it tries to install drivers for it but it fails. I rolled back to windows media player 10 and the problem didnt solve. So where do i get this driver i have searched all over the net.:confused:

    Did your mp3 player come with a driver disk?
