This guy is from ONE L, is it ok to scout NAPs?

    theres nothing in the travian rules about it, however it is not proper to scout a n.ap, and especially not to attack.

    i would advise against saying anything to him / her about it, it would be best if one of his / her superiors reminded them.

    so it is best now left up to our chiefs. perhaps contact one directly, to sort out , though it was probably a mistake / accident

    There is no FF rule regarding scouting, it's a sort of grey area that MH's aren't completely sure how to deal with, and with a NAP there's no official rule book concerns, just the fact that it's dishonest really.
