    Well, your log doesn't show any malware that would be causing the problem, but it does show quite a few registry problems for IE.
    Unfortunately you are now outside my area of knowledge, so I'm going to have to recommend that you visit the tech room for assistance.

    When you start your thread, explain what the problem is and let them know that you have been checked for malware.
    Give them the following link, so they can see the logs if needed

    Start OTScanIt
    Click the CleanUp button

    * OTScanIt will download a small file from the Internet. If a security program or firewall warns you of this allow it to download.
    * OTScanIt will delete any tools downloaded and files/folders created and then ask you to reboot so it can remove itself. Click Yes.
