new mobo - abit nf7-s just installed
got everything set up but now my logitech z540's have no rear sound????
they work and connectors are plugged in appropriately and I have it set up for 6 speakers, analog, etc
using new nforce 3.13
wtf?????

Have you tried plugging the rear channel into the orange 1/8" port?

The NF7-S connectors aren't labeled correctly on the backplane.
For my 680s, I have to plug black in orange, orange in black, and green in purple I think.
Either way; Plug one channel in at a time and test it until it's correct. Then plug in the next, and the next. Test each one until it works.
