    Hello,

    We need more info.

What kind of PC? Dell, HP, home built?
If home built.. what mobo, ram, CPU, video card, power supply, etc.

Any recent hardware changes? Meaning, did you add anything to the system? ram, Hard drive, etc?

Any power outages or storms lately?

    Where does the BSOD happen?

You don't know what kind of PC it is?

It doesn't say Dell, HP, Compaq, Cyberpower, anything on it?

When did you change the ram? Last week? Last year?
