You appear to be quite heavily infected, how long have you had AVG installed ?



Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware to your desktop.

• Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.
• At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to
  • Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
  • and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware
• then click Finish.
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
• Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
• Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
• When completed, a log will open in Notepad. please copy and paste the log into your next reply
  
  • If you accidently close it, the log file is saved here and will be named like this:

All the instructions we give are optional, It is your machine, if you don't want to run a tool you don't have to.
With regard to ComboFix, it is the best and easiest way of getting you clean.

Have a look at these instructions and see if you feel more comfortable.



Download and Run ComboFix

Download ComboFix from one of the links below

• You must download it to your Desktop

Click Download

Download the file & save it as its originally named, next to ComboFix.exe on your desktop





Now close all open windows and programs especially security programs, then drag the setup package onto ComboFix.exe and drop it. Follow the prompts to start ComboFix and when prompted, agree to the End-User License Agreement to install the Microsoft Recovery Console.
Combofix will now run a scan of your machine
