Help with wired router needed please
I have a problem with my wired router that I'm hoping someone can help me with please.
I have a Netgear RP614v4 wired router and my internet provider is Virgin. Someone installed the router for me and got my other computer hooked up to the internet (I tried it myself but failed lol). I used the pc for a couple of weeks but then I took the memory cards out of the pc to try a couple of different memory cards (the memory on the pc is pitifully low), while doing this I had to unclip a couple of ribbons in the tower to make it easier for me to put the memory cards in and unplugged the ethernet cable going into my other pc. The memory cards were from a Dell computer and didn't go in my other pc so I swapped them back again. I put everything back and tried going online but couldn't, all I got was the message saying that it was unable to find website. I have tried turning off the modem ,the router and my other pc and rebooting it all but nothing I try seems to work. PLease can someone help.
