How can I get Win2k to stop asking to renew password?

Does anyone know how I can make a Windows 2000 machine stop asking for the user to renew their password every 14 days? I don't need to extend the time period, I want it to stop asking altogether. Is this possible?

There is a sercurity policy object that controls that. I just can't remember where it is specifically. But you get to it through control panel>Administrative tools>then I forget where you go from there off the top of my head.

As with so many things in Windows.... there are multiple ways to do things. I use the following...

    1. Right click on "My Computer" and select Manage.
    2. Click the little plus sign next to "Users and Groups" and select "Users". That should list all the users on the computer...
    3. Right click on the account that is causing the password problem and select "Properties".
    4. In the "General" tab, uncheck the "Password Never Expires" and click "OK".
