Okay, so everything appears to work fine on the network (it was mirrored after one setup by prime)... however, I can't get the Smoothwall box to start its web proxy service... I've gone thru a 40 post help session with some smooth-gurus and the only idea left (as far as i can see), is that something in the server setup is a little off (forwarders?? perhaps??)... I don't have any idea where to start in terms of providing info. I will post whatever.

Thanks in advance.

Oh, and thanks to mister hallock for the info on zlob removal. it works.

are you listing your smoothwall as the default gateway for DHCP clients?
