sstype problem

edited August 2008 in Science & Tech
Hello again can someone tell me what is the best sstype to use (1 2 or3) in an anovan model? I understand there are some pros and cons in each one. My values have approximately 385*1 size, they can be either numerical or categorical and i make sure there are no NaNs inside them. What kind of sstype fits better? After some research i decided to use sstype 3. Any different opinions?Thank you.

I don't use matlab for anova, so I can't help you (and I'm pretty much the only one here who posts in this forum).
