I think I have a virus but need help.

I have a pc via my office I can connect to pc anywhere however I can not browse the internet.
I checked all connections and settings there are correct.
I also installed firefox and opera to no success
I ran virus scan nothing found.
I cleaned all internet data.
when I ping yahoo.com from cmd I get this
cmd>ping yahoo.com
Ping request could not find host yahoo.com. Please check the name and try again.
