Problems with toshiba recovery disc

i have a problem, i used recovery disc but there is a problem with the intel (r) proset utillity, it has been installing for 5 hours now but i dont think it takes that long, please HELP!!!! does anyone now how much time it takes to install??

    Looks like your restore process crashed. You'll probably have to start over.
